Submission Portal & Information here

This open call for sessions ideas will gather proposals for content to be presented at 2021 Unity Summit, where we will explore strategies for utilizing power to advance philanthropic equity.

Specifically, we are looking for examples of how philanthropy can support structural and institutional CHANGE through two focus areas:

  • Internal climate and culture work focused on realizing intersectional racial equity within philanthropic organizations; and

  • External investment into community-led solutions and relationships that leverage collective power.

Session ideas should align with one or more of the Unity Summit goals:

  • Highlight how to integrate diversity, inclusion, and social justice into philanthropic practice.

  • Amplify equitable philanthropic practices that address structural and institutional change.

  • Magnify community priorities of our partners with an intersectional approach.

In addition to aligning with the Unity Summit goals, we are interested in addressing the following key issues areas:

  • Racial Justice

  • Gender Justice
